Psychotherapy
There can be many reasons to consider whether to go into psychotherapy.
Perhaps you are in crisis due to divorce or illness, or you have experienced other loss and grief. You may also feel you are at a point in your life where you don't feel at home in yourself and generally feel a longing for something ”undefined and meaningful”. You may be stressed, anxious or depressed. But you may also have a desire to look inwards and understand why certain patterns repeat themselves in your life. The desire for psychotherapy can arise throughout life and makes sense at all ages.
A course of Jungian psychotherapy provides you with self-insight and an understanding of who you are, as well as your interaction with your surroundings. Increased awareness of yourself and your relationships will change and develop new possibilities for yourself and in relation to your environment.
